Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been dispatched from our facility (whichever is earlier).

To cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@jugrajjfoodnherbs.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 62844 78937 with your Order ID. If the order has not been dispatched, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the hygiene, safety, and perishable nature of natural spices, herbal powders, and dehydrated food products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items unless:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The seal is broken or tampered with upon delivery.
• An incorrect product was shipped.

In such cases, you must notify our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photo/video evidence. Upon verification, we will send a free replacement or initiate a refund.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

Once your refund request is approved:

• Prepaid Orders (Cards/UPI/Netbanking via Razorpay): The refund will be credited back to your original bank account/card/UPI wallet within 5 to 7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders (if applicable): Refund will be transferred via NEFT/UPI bank transfer within 5 to 7 business days upon receiving customer bank details.
